8 maritime areas to open to overseas yachts | 境外游艇可临时进出海南啦！

Hainan provincial government recently approved the temporary entry and exit of foreign yachts to eight non-open water areas of Hainan from July 16,2019 to January 15,2020.

省政府近日批复同意境外游艇临时进出我省东营等8个非开放水域，期限自2019年7月16日至2020年1月15日。

The provincial government agrees that overseas yachts can temporarily enter and leave eight maritime areas in Hainan such as Dongying,Boao,Shimei Bay Shenzhou Peninsula,Haitang Bay,Nanshan,Longmu Bay,Qizi Bay and Lingao Cape,according to the Regulations of the State Council on Port Opening and Hainan Provincial Pilot Work Procedure for Examining and Approving Temporary Open Waters for Overseas Yachts,and consulting and collecting opinions from Hainan Maritime Bureau,Haikou Customs and Haikou General Station of Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection and other relevant authorities.

根据《国务院关于口岸开放的若干规定》，按照《海南省对境外游艇开展临时开放水域审批试点工作流程》，经征询海南海事局、海口海关、海口出入境边防检查总站等相关单位意见，省政府同意境外游艇临时进出我省东营、博鳌、石梅湾神州半岛、海棠湾、南山、龙沐湾、棋子湾和临高角等8个海上区域。

The provincial government requires the provincial port office to urge relevant departments to conscientiously perform their duties to ensure that yachts temporarily entering and leaving the eight waters of our province strictly comply with the requirements of national laws,regulations and relevant provisions,and report in advance the movement of ships entering and leaving the port,properly manage the yacht personnel and make sure theyabide by the regulations of national navigation management,and ensure the safety of yachts.

省政府要求省口岸办公室督促相关部门认真履行职责，确保临时进出我省8个水域的游艇严格遵守国家法律法规及有关规定要求，提前报告船舶进出港动态，做好游艇在船人员管理，遵守国家通航管理规定，确保船舶安全。
